For example, to pay for two and a half hours rental, add 2 hours hire to your cart, then return to this page and add the extra half hour.

CANCELLATION POLICY – FEES AND CHARGES:
Studio 340 have the right to charge a cancellation fee for booking of the studio, to avoid this cost clients must give at least 48 hours notice for rehearsal/recording bookings. The fees shall not be reduced on account of the client’s failure to use the studio for any or all of the period of the booking and/or the client’s cancellation of the booking or any part thereof after the cancellation period. Third Strike Rule: If a client fails to give 48hrs notice on three occasions or more of a rehearsal/recording booking, they will be charge the upfront fee for the cost of the studio hire via Card payment http://www.studio340.uk/services-and-bookings.html
EXTENDED TERMS – COURSE FEES
FEES AND PAYMENTS:
To avoid the full cancellation fee for any Education Course, the client must give at least ten 5 days notice. The fees shall not be reduced on account of the client’s failure to use the studio for any or all of the period of the booking and/or the client’s cancellation of the booking or any part thereof after the cancellation period.
By making a booking the client hereby acknowledges that the Client or their representatives shall be responsible for ensuring the suitability of the studio for the client’s purpose, that the client’s equipment shall be compatible with the studio to a good working order and any problem or damage caused by use of clients own equipment will be the entire fault of the Client and subject to any charges. It is a condition of accepting any studio booking that the person making the booking will be held liable for payment relating to the booking whether or not they nominate a third party to be invoiced
Clients making Recording/Rehearsals bookings need to factor in setup, pack down and mixing time to your sessions. All sessions start and finish at the time of the proposed booking time, sessions will not be carried over to complete mixes, setup or pack down. Unless the studio is booked prior to a session you will not be entitled to have music sent or mixed on behalf of the studio outside booking hours, the studio will need to be booked in advanced to complete such activities.
In the event of studio breakdown or equipment failure Studio 340 will aim to either replace equipment to which the client was entitled by the terms hereof and which have been lost as a result of such equipment failure or credit or refund to the client the booking fee in respect of the booking and shall have no liability or obligation to the client beyond these remedies.
THEFT / DAMAGES:
The client will be liable for any damages or any theft that occurred or that can be attributed to the client before, during or after the period of your session. At no time will Studio 340, the company’s staff or Directors be held responsible for the theft, loss or damage of any of the Clients equipment and personal belongings during or after the hire period.
No audio recording, filming, video recording, nor radio broadcasting shall be allowed on Studio 340 site with any intent whatsoever unless prior permission has been granted by Studio 340 Staff. Studio 340 maintains all rights to any unsolicited recordings.
BACKUPS and STORAGE:
After the session, masters, session data and materials shall be held by Studio 340 solely at the risk of the client. Studio 340 is at no time responsible for the storage of session data or masters. Studio 340 shall be entitled to dispose of masters and session data if agreed with client that they do not wish to have their session stored or backed-up. It is strongly advised that the client provides a mass HD storage device as an alternative to temporary storage.
